Holidays activities 27-05-2020

Dear Students, here are some tips you can follow in summer.

Avoid Sugary soft drinks. Drink fruit juices instead.

Have proper sleep. (Better to have a nap after meal) 

Exercise Daily.

Avoid Junk food and deep fries.

Drink more water. (Drink one glass of water for every 30 min).
