Dear Students, here are some tips you can follow.

Help your parents during these holidays.

Avoid oil and spicy items.

Add Green Leafy vegetables to your diet. 

Have proper sleep. (Better to have a nap after meal) 

Exercise Daily for 20 min.

Drink more water. (Drink one glass of water for every 30 min).
